WOMENS Hockey Dev Program

Program Overview

 Ready to elevate your game? Join us for an intensive 8-week hockey program designed to develop foundational and advanced skills for female players.

Schedule:

    • Duration: 8 weeks – July & August

    • Sessions: Two 1-hour on-ice training sessions per week

    • Evenings - Monday & Wednesday’s

Training Focus Areas:

    • Power Skating & Edge Work: Build speed, balance, and control.

    • Resistance Overspeed Training: Push beyond limits to increase on-ice 

           performance.

    • Stick Handling & Shooting Development: Improve puck control and 

           scoring precision.

    • Situational Drills: Boost game awareness and quick decision-making skills.

• Small Area & Full Ice Gameplay: Showcase individual growth and team 

play skills. 

• Goalie Coach will be provided for all goalies attending (GOALIES ARE FREE)

This program promotes consistent progress and lasting skill development for middle school and high school players
